Cataclysm Hunter News:
- Hunter’s mana is GONE!!!
- Hunters now use focus, no longer care about intellect or mana regen.
- Focus regenerates continuously, Steady shot improves the rate of getting focus back.
- Rogue energy comes back at a 10 / sec rate, Hunter focus comes back at 6/sec (12/sec with steady shot)
- A shot costs 30 to 60 focus.
- Hunters will have fewer cooldowns on abilities
- Ammos will become an item, not a consumable.
- Hunter’s new ammos might drop from bosses or bought with emblems, nothing is decided for the moment.
- Hunters might be able to choose the talent tree of their pet to let them pick the pet that looks best to them. Zhevra is a possibility for Cataclysm.
hmmm, not sure whether i will like focus replacing mana. most hunters i know can control mana fairly easy and it seems as focus will be a “nerf”. hunters definantly dont need to be nerfed lol.
I like how were gettin focus mana kinda sucks its the only thing that lowers my dps even after potting as an engineer(increase pot effect from injector gives usually 5.2k mana). I can also see this eliminating the fact the everyone thinks hunters are so easy to play, i know by looking at recount i use more abilities to do my dps then alot classes do but someone how they think hunters are still easier. I dont see this as a nerf i see it as a better way to play a hunter it will def take more skill but i dont have a problem topping dps charts now so a slight nerf, if it does happen to be one, wont harm me.
I need to know if there is anyway to pull major dps out of BM I love my pet I have with BM but come on there has to b a way
