What would stop a lot of the frustration is if people like you would just over the fact, that it’s part of the game. If you don’t like it, don’t play it or choose a normal or rp server. No reason we should all suffer because of a few individuals who QQ too much. I’ve leveled several toons on a PVP server and although I hated getting ganked, I knew I wasn’t going to be that level forever and would eventually be able to get them back. Most of the people that did gank me at some point or another, I got revenge by killing/camping them later in bg’s, world PVP, etc. so it’s all gravy. I like your idea of losing rep with each and every home city/faction. If Blizzard did that for every time one of you cry babies complained to them about insignificant issues, most of you would ALREADY be hated with your own factions.

You see, it’s people like you who bring down games like WoW. You hope Blizzard gets rid of ganking, well quick fix for you, don’t play on a PVP server. If you are and getting ganked, that’s your fault, it happens, get over it. If you’re getting yourself flagged, your fault again…you see where I’m going with this!?! It’s in your control but you choose to do nothing about it. If you want the option of deciding when you’re flagged or not, there are servers for that, they’re called “normal” and “rp” so pick one, IDK, but don’t QQ about it anymore.

I don’t mind pvp’ing against another character that’s in the same level bracket as my character however, the chain ganking, corpse and grave camping by characters (esp. lvl 80’s) really ticks me off. I have several friends who, although they like pvp, never finshed their trial versions and won’t because of this problem. I think Blizzard should introduce a Rep penalty for ganking characters outside of your lvl range. Let’s say – 15k rep with all factions/cities for every 10 lvl’s difference. That would mean that an 80th who ganks a 14th (which happens a lot) would loose up to 105k in rep with each and every home city/faction and become hated with them and have to earn all that rep back again. Maybe that would stop a lot of the frustration.

ps. They really need to de-nurf the rouge class.

well. if i was to gank the only reason i would do it is because iv had it done to me, so i would just sit in the area i died most and kill all the oposing factions players. just to get abit of revenge.

Hmm… ill have to try and keep a stack of these pots in my bags for lvling my alts, I dislike having to be involved in pvp when i dont want to and i would roll on a non pvp server but its boring and most of my friends are pvp lovers…./sigh Thx for the great tip this should help both my time and my budget.

I think of it more as the gaming gods telling you to take a break.

Don’t sweat it, don’t worry, go microwave some popcorn and watch the moron gank your poor helpless body for awhile. Since most of them have the patience of a fly they’ll go swarm over some other smarmy corpse in 5 – 10 minutes.

Stretching exercises also helpful.

Oh yeah, and on locks, detect invisibility, I suppose is useful somewhere, I generally pass it out so it’s one of the first things that get debuffed. Consume shadows if you have a VW. Don’t know if either of those is any good against the potion you indicate.

To Gankers: might as well say Murder is part of life. it shouldn’t be, and ganking someone who has no ability to fight back and messing their plans is the action of a coward. You should wonder why you get such pleasure, and when you realize the reason, feel sad for your life.

Get over it, it is part of the game. If you don’t like it then go to pve server or something like that.
