does increasing rep with ashen verdict decrease the number of frost emblems requiered to purchase a piece of tier 10 gear in lights hammer?

There is one thing that I am confused about, relating to patch 3.3, before blizzard had in their ptr notes that, transmute titanium will no longer have a cool down. As of few weeks ago how ever that little peace was removed from the patch notes, so does that mean that they changed their mind or that they are just hiding it?

I wouldn’t call 405 Emblems of Frost easy to get … especially when you’ll have to get 5-600 more to upgrade the pieces you just got to the T10.5.

If anything, I suspect that it will be a while before we see full T10 set characters running around … after all, 2/day for the first set is not all that much

What this will do is allow anyone to build a full T9(ilvl 232) set really fast and finally stand a chance when entering raids

OH thank you jebus, making those reputation enchants account bound makes gearing alts so much easier. There has always been nothing worse than the dreaded rep grind. Im just not sure how I feel about the change in emblem drops again though. End game content should be hard to get, thats why its end game....just being able to raid low level stuff to get emblems of frost...eh. World of Weirdcraft.net your source or all things WOW
