What Phil said actually happened to me earlier today – the shaman wanted leather pants (they were an upgrade, and we didn’t have any rogue/druid in the group). He was just lucky that we had no enchanter, because everyone else rolled greed before he even had time to type that he wanted it and the system wouldn’t let him roll (I won the greed roll, and traded to him; but he could easily have lost the item to sharding or simply a greedy player not wanting to trade).

I really like the dungeon lfg – used it from 4am to noon today, with very short wait times (just doing random dungeons to get badges on my new 80).

I’m not such a fan of the raid lfg though. It seems that many people on my server don’t use it, and I don’t like having to hang around idly in a city while waiting for a group (there’s always dailies or alts to work on), so I can’t be in the channel either. So while dungeons are easier to find, raids are harder.. and I’d much rather raid.

Where did you read about the lowered world drop while leveling part
I can’t believe I actually missed somehting that big in the patch notes

- in-game dungeon maps
- less world drop when leveling, so gear made by professions would actually sell above cost.

That’s is good change. I can’t believe it took 5 years for blizz to revamp that outdated/awkward LFG interface. I almost quit the game after 4 years last spring because I was slightly undergeared for Naxx and nobody ran Heroics.
Having to wait for hours, fishing, chatting, wandering around, while waiting for a group was soooo boring. Argent tournament helped. This new interface should help even more.

Also very anxious about the in-game quest addon.

Now when are they gonna bring back low level battleground without leveling.
also, on my todo list;
– easier management of mats for leveling professions
– a in-game guide of where u can buy specific items (it took me 9 months to find out about Honir enchant)
– have all NPC sell usefull stuff (which level 80 wants to buy a no stat axe at 30g in Dalaran)
– remove +resilience so we don’t need a third set of gear to do battleground from time to time.

I can't wait for this to take effect. Seems on my realm its impossible to ever find a raid for Ulduar, maybe this will make it a bit easier. OH you forgot to mention the new Excited Pug pet you can earn if you do enough random groups. I can't wait to get that little guy. World of Weirdcraft.net your source or all things WOW

I really like this change. I think it will help on getting into different instances and at least getting your foot into a raid here and there. There are alot of different ways that you will get a bit more for useing the LFG/LFR channel now. I also like the idea that it does work toward class gear. Looks like blizzard is trying to get people to go and experience what everyone else is and offering that chance to see content.

Phil I understand that and yea it is a bit crappy but from what I understand is that the shard is an option and if you needed the gear all ya gotta do is tell everyone and they could pass and you can roll greed on it and recieve it. It still allows you to get a piece of gear but I believe that blizzard wants to put the best items into players hands, of course mail is better than cloth but if it is an upgrade then tell everyone that it is and roll greed on it and they should at least care enough to help ya out on that.
