My guild is does not have a gear hog or a fonz. We do not have a vent channel for one thing. We do share all loot and keep it going in the right direction. If a hunter rolls for Spell Power gear we simply tell them to give it to the next highest roller or get out. We do have know it alls and huge DPS dealers but we keep them in check as well. We inherited this guild from another player and our new guild leader promoted everyone to level they could invite new folks. Well that lasted a few months and then the 4 of us who have been playing WOW together ( this included the guild leader) made a group decision to demote everyone but us 4. This was done beause we were getting the types of folks you are talking about. Most of them have since moved on to bigger guilds to do 25 man raids. Now we have no more problems from those sorts of people. On the flip side though we can only do 10 man raids because we are a small guild.

I’m also Australian (mature age female)..cuss all you want…I’ll just change channels on vent, unless I need to be in the same channel during a raid.
Also I LOVE the article Ani/Agorg…its great Keep up the excellent work (except when your helping me in game…LOL).

I’m a Mr. Fix-it. Every time I log in I get a few whispered “_____ broke what do I do!?” and I usually get them going in time for raids.
It’s also like that when I go to family functions…..

very nice article………….gotta luv vent. We all have had our run ins with these type of ppl. But word of advice beware of the drama queens, I had one in my guild that caused our guild to split. And then she went on to create her own fail guild which splintered because she had a drama queen…o sweet karma.

Having not played for many, many months, I’m curious how the Dominate guild is doing these days? I’m starting to get the itch to rejoin WOW but I’m not sure if I would remember anyone from the original Dominate guild on Fenris.

lol great article and quite frankly i dont give a dam about grammer and spelling. If you read these articles and the grammer and spelling mistakes are all u are getting out of it something is define wrong.
