This week it’s the Midsummer Festival edition of the Domination podcast. The guys cover everything you need to know about completing the meta achievement for the flame keeper title. As always, we had a little trouble getting them calmed down, but it’s great information and maybe a little fun. Download the full transcript below and see if you can unravel Bonehammer’s rant.
Episode 15 The Domination Podcast

You only need 20-25 torches.
The other thing you can do during the midsummer festival, is in The Slave Pens (as the year before), you can down Ahune the Frost Lord.
He’s still level 70 elite, so he’s pretty easy to kill as level 80 now. The loot tables have not been updated, but if you have alts or friends at level 70 that either haven’t gotten the new expansion yet or just hit 70, there are some nice items in there for cloaks (dps/tank/heals) and the lovable staff that looks like a scythe. It’s really awesome even for RP if you’re into that sort of thing.
He also can drop a pet.

So there’s lots of things to do even after you’re done. The easiest way, is get a lock in your party who will agree to do an Ahune farm. Basically, you rotate people in/out of the group and summon them in. You can grab shards from Ahune as well to help with stock piling more shards for a perpetual summoning farm.
You actually only need 10 torches, and you can just buy 5 with 5 blossoms, if you can’t find anyone with some they don’t want.
Hey i got a question not related to this post but is important overall (at least to me). I have talked to other friends and visited other web sites that offer tips and mod’s but when i go to look at them I learn that they only work on PC’s. Do all your mod’s like auctioneer work with Mac also? If not can you offer some Mac advise.
Rob,
All mods will work on any computer because the mods themselves work inside the UI for WoW. In other words it’s not the Mac that running the mods, but the game itself. As long as your mac is running wow ok, any mod that is up to date in the current patch should work just fine as well.
Cool blog, its inspiring to see other bloggers that share interest in WoW! I love this game! Definitely some very useful tips on this blog.
