Anything that requires either rep or a quest chain to enter was listed as Rep. I suppose I could go back and put in “quest” though – the only problem is that 5 letters in that column tends to mess things up.

Depends on your gear. If you were geared in Sunwell epics, you could probably solo Mana Tombs with some difficulty. If you’re geared in Northrend greens, you might stand a chance of soloing Scholomance.

Depending on your gear and spec, and assuming you're already kitted out in blues and epics from most of the Northrend 5-mans, I'd say you should be alright in most places up to Dire Maul solo. Stratholme should be farmable with care but I'd stay away from Scholomance, as there's a lot of mobs that are immune to everything but melee and holy. You have Heroic Magister’s Terrace listed as “Rep”…you don’t need any rep to enter Heroic mode, you just need to complete the quest chain to kill Kael’thas on normal mode. According to wowhead, the quest chain requires that you be level 70. It starts in Shattrath City at either the Scryer’s Tier (Duty Calls) or Aldor Rise (Crisis at the Sunwell).

According to recent news items, there is supposed to be some kind of raid instance at the Argent Coliseum when patch 3.2 (Call of the Crusade) hits. That will likely be the progression raid placed between Ulduar and Icecrown Citadel.
