nice post, And I dont see the problem with ppl being called a noob/nub/etc. I take it as a compliment if someone calls me a nub, I’m like thx and have a nice day. In my last guild I put my officer message down as” Lvl 70 noob and enjoying it” this being back in BC. My point being you shoodnt worry bout being called a nub its just a name and ppl like using it when you do something that shoodnt have or didnt know better not too, becuz they didnt tell you what to look out for or ask if your not sure about this boss fight or this part of a dungeon.

To address Stomperbears’ reply – I apologise if you ladies (you’re included in that line up stompy lol) took my comments as less than noble, but WoW is the dirty nerdy boy habit in my family. All the girls go out and max out the credit cards when we boys get together and raid BT or something similarly nasty. Also, good on ya Sigoroth, not just for ramming a fist in the air for the boys but for supporting Essendon! There ain’t many of us left ol’ son…

Good read and nice article. Hmm… have currently levelled 4 toons to 80 (no DK’s yet and all Horde mind ) and not planning to get another toon going for quite a while, but of all of them the fastest levelled and best learnt 2 toons were the ones I levelled with friends. One was a healer I levelled with a friend’s tank (missed out on first 80 Priest on my server by 15 mins or so) and the other was a tank I levelled with a friend’s healer. Its certainly a lot more fun not running solo since u always have someone to chat to and instance/group quest with. Another benefit of this setup is we were able to level in our main level 80 specs with none of the drawbacks people have solo levelling as tank/healer spec and learnt our toons’ abilities inside out. BTW ur worried about wearing pants, but my poor male Pally tank is stuck wearing a skirt for T8:???: Shoulda named him Willwallace.

Mooni-whatever yes indeed this is Casual Corner! I luvs it! We didn’t have an article for quite some time and I thought it was nixed which would be bad! I like to hear what Laws fam and friends have to say about their WoW experiences. Makes the game less work-like. I guess…anyway, keep ALL the great articles coming!
