I dont see how this product could get one banned. When i purchased this product it cam with a WoW sticker on the front Supporting this product as “ideal” for use with World of warcraft.
One would think that if Blizz supported this periph one could not get banned for using one or more if its features, even with current automated scripting / macro restrictions.

Ithink thats a little stupid that a macro can get you banned just for wanting to make one or two less button presses, sure botting is stupid and ruins the fun of the game but why crack down to the point where your taking the fun out of the game for gamers who just want a little more out of a push of a button. Me I rarely use macros for fighting mainly because i dont know how to do a proper set up of them and 2 nobody hears me when i ask them about it.

I would like to point out that using timed or delayed keypresses via this kind of macro is against Blizzard’s rules, and there is a possibility that Blizzard’s “Warden” program can report you for cheating.

One more thing I forgot to add- about the delay times… Start off w/about 2 spells first, using the “tool tip” look at the cast times and add about .5 sec to the delay between them. If they are “Instant Cast” you can usually set it for around .2-.3secs. Obviously if they share a Global Cooldown, take that in account as well as the spell cast time. This should give you an idea of where to start at. You can dial it in from there- On my lock I could throw 4-6 dots up w/one push of the button, tab, and hit the next target.

Been using the G15 for a couple years now and it has the same capability for macro’s etc. There was once a concern, and numerous postings about the delay function and if it violated the ToS. This was one of the reasons Blizz added the global CD’s, and no delay feature in there macro’s. I do remember several conversations w/GM’s etc- and there was no concern with this keyboard. If you ever wondered how they could do those cast sequences so fast in pvp wonder no more……….

As for the Merc Stealth serveral friends use this w/good results – part of it is person. pref. The only thing I didn’t really care for is the lack of lcd once you get used to seeing stats etc- its hard to do w/out.
