I think CC should exist in a way where if you want the challenge i.e., hard mode and heroic settings. By all means force a raid to use CC. But for those with out time and still want to explore the majority of the content in the game I thing that 10 mans CC should be excluded. I play a shaman and i kept QQing about how we need a CC, now we have hex and I, just like you, have only used it a handful of times and it is just sitting on my actionbar gathering dust. I hope it comes back, it added a little skill to DPSing, rather than just laying down an AoE and calling it a day. I agree. I couldn't help laughing. Told her to inform them she was not leaving the 48 continental states. As far as CC, my guild still incorporates it as much as possible, but I have noticed we also use the pull 4 AOE method. CC has only been used when we're running with a new, inexperienced or undergeared tank for the most part. Even my husband and I running together on a pally (him)/mage combo don't use CC most of the time, he rounds up as many as possible and he fights individually with consecrate going off as often as possible and me spamming blizzard. It works, but I agree that dungeon runs of all kinds need to get back in the habit of using CC effectively.
