The sapphire spellthread requires level 70, you can’t use it one a level 19. Though it would be pretty sweet.

Nice guide!
Some minor errors with the 63 spell power mats.
You need 6 Abyss crystals, not 2.
Also, Greater Cosmic Essences stack in 10′s, so 2 stacks, not 1.
Keep dominating!

PS – wish they would bake BoP LW leg armor with the same such stats for us resto druids who are waiting for our Tribal gear to come. Also, drums are missed dearly!
PPS – Pretty much the same thing is happening with the LW leg armors.
4 Choices (bop ones same as epic versions w/cheaper mats*) –
2x Rare(45stam+15agi;55AP+15crit)
2x Epic(55stam+22agi;75AP+22crit)
*2x BoP(55stam+22agi;75AP+22crit)*
