Beginning To Completely Dominate

The Domination has begun. 221 Members on 174 accounts - with 15 level 70’s. But besides just flat out guild size, we’re also talking about playing big. It’s been a wild few days, and we thought it would be a good idea to give you a preview of what you’ve been missing, as well as some information on the world event for those of you who just can’t bear to join us for whatever reason.
We cleared 100 members the first four hours on Friday. Saturday night, the 70’s began spanking the world event and collecting the nice epic sets available. If you haven’t yet participated in the world scourge attacks, check out our recent articles about strategies for scourge invasion crystals and Tenris Murkblood.
But the one bit of the event we just have to show off takes place when you seek out and kill Tenris Mirkblood in the kitchen upstairs in the servant’s quarters in Karazhan. Five of us grabbed a spot in a pug and got to Dominating.
During the run, Gavin got the Arcanite Ripper from Tenris, a killer axe that also double as a guitar. Here’s Gavin’s toon Shootandloot with Lawbringer on Sherpaman on the bank in org jamming to his new blade.
Lawbringer also picked up a couple of nice healing epics for his priest, but that wasn’t the best part. One of our veteran members of Domination, one Vizsla, rogue, won the roll for the Fiery Warhorse’s Reigns. Check out the screenshot below of the loot in Kara, as well as Vizsla on the Huntsman’s steed at the top of this post. Now that’s Dominant loot!
So if you had any doubts about the guild idea, I would say we are off to a pretty good start. All six bank tabs and a host of toons doing everything from whipping event bosses to leveling (some new toons already at level 30+ after just 3 days) to getting seriously epic loot. If this is how we start, imagine where we’ll be in a few months.
Don’t put it off any longer, if you play horde, get in now before WotLK and come Dominate with us as we power through Northrend mashing everything in our path. With the roaring success of Dominate on the horde side, we might just have to Dominate both sides once we get past the debut of WotLK. Well I must say that i was extremely excited about the guild, As i am usually an alliance character the People in Showed no aggressiveness towards my … Clean and washed mind set. But to play a hairy Tauren. I am completely stoked about the guild. So for all you alliance brethren, join on the horde side just to meet some awesome people. Well Happy hunting and remember, Dominate.

I lso wanna add that everywhere you go you WILL see someone with Dominate tags. We are everywhere and we own the server!!

I hope this is temporary, but it says paid transfers are unavailable currently… AND, perhaps due to this idea, it claims a FOUR day wait average for paid xfers….WTF does that $25 buy me anyhow? lol. Well, for now Soldanae will stay in communication w you guys on behalf of Soldorei, who is snowed in at the IF airport, so to speak…
I think you should probably have a guild side and a DYS side of this site. I come here to read about how to sell shit and generally make this game work in my favor. Thats nice about the horse, but this isn’t what this site used to be about =/
Easy now fas - no worries. We did 2 posts already today about “other” things. Plus, there will be a separate guild site which is in the works. Now that we’ve gotten things rolling, it’s back to business as usual. It was just an exciting few days and we wanted to show everyone what happens when you do everything we talk about - even in a guild. You can begin to Dominate so fast it’s worth talking about a bit.
This post also speaks to your other issue - making the game work to your benefit. It’s basically us saying that it was very much to Vizsla’s benefit to join us in Domination. There is only so much you can do by yourself. At some point you have to be guilded to Dominate some things. So in reality this is a post about how to make the game work to your maximum benefit. We teamed up to do just that, and the results began almost immediately.

We’re a Horde guild on Fenris-US. All you need to do is come to the server, do a
/who dominate
to see who’s online, and ask for an invite. Anyone who reads this blog is welcome to join.
If you want to transfer your 70s over, that would be cool too.

every time ive loged on my character, there have been very little of you online, so i wont be xfering my main there for now as id be stuck in the off times for the guild otherwise.

That’s funny you say that Slav because all the times I logged in today, even during the “off-peak” periods there have been like 15 on at any one time. Even when the server went online at 2pm eastern there were like 10 ppl already in game

wow guys, id so love to join you all.. but my 70s are all ally, id reroll horde on fenris and give you a shout. but im having some serious issues with my computer as well. and my system disk is MIA.. well, i’ll be looking forward to talking to you in game as soon as its possible, do some dominating for me, since it seems im going to miss out on all the fun stuff before WoTLK
Would like to join the guild but im alliance. And also can i ask why a normal server?
Why a normal server? Because our primary focus is PvE, and we need people to level up in order to raid… and leveling up can be a frustrating experience for many people on PvP servers.
after we dominate fenrus we should dominate a pvp realm.
Alright guys, if you have any doubt about whether or not to join this guild… let me squash ‘em. I’ve played this game since it’s release and I’ve belong to many different guilds… some casual, some hardcore. Just three days in, I have to tell you, this one is different. The help that higher levels are giving to the lowbies (like me), the advice, the runs through instances, stocking the GV with bags, pots, and gear for the lowbies… you name it.
Everyone has been gracious, helpful, funny, and welcoming.
If you are not completely satisfied where you are at guild-wise, come take a look at this group. These guys are the real deal.

Someone may have already asked this, but:
What time are you guys planning on raiding? I’d love to transfer my lvl 70 resto druid but I want to make sure that the times work first. Due to class and work, weekends are my only days for raiding. Do you guys do stuff on those days?
Missed out on the meeting last friday, given my abbility to check email at times I was sad to see I’d missed the start of this. Fortunately the wife and I have since started up toons and may still move over some characters, as well we hope to be able to join you all. The last post spoke in volumes of the tenacity this guild would have and to be honest offered the only encouragement we’ve ever seen for joining a guild. That of course was the rules you had laid down on that article. With luck I’ll come across one of you soon and we’ll get a chance to join.
Well ya’ll did it. You got a hardcore Ally to go horde just to join the Dominate Guild. 1-13 in one night with lots of time spent correcting the current addon problems. Not only that you got me to change realms..sheesh…Now I’m gonna have my own guild members wondering where I disappeared to!
Jade, as far as i know, Because there is potentially going to be tonns of us in a couple weeks ready to raid. (and a whole lot of different time zoned people) there could be potentially a raid going on every couple of hours.
I deffinately agree with Warnome I have been in many types of guilds, and this one is just as good as my main guild, even though I am only 16 people still are willing to help me (Spec tips and such,) As i have never played horde or druid for that matter - I need LOTS of help. and i am getting it. If you want to DOMINATE then this guild is the place to be.

i have a BE pally on gurubashi thats almost lvl 50 i quit playing b/c my buddies talked me into rerolling horde over there with them then the punks quit playing so hes just sitting there rotting definitely considering transfering to Fenris with dominate….. currently on my main (frostmane alliance) we r trying to complete as much progression b4 Wrath but i’m definitely considering the transfer…. keep up the good work guys….
