If you're an Orc, you never see a Night Elf, Gnome, or Dwarf while you're doing the starting area. After the final event is done, you get teleported back to the "real" (uninstanced) Ebon Hold with all the races, but it's a Sanctuary (like Shattrath) -Gavin Good points… but I forgot to mention in the article that the starting areas for Horde races and Alliance races are instanced separately. You probably shouldnt make a DK as soon as xpac comes out - because think of all the people that will, within 1st hour of xpac release there will be MILLIONS of DK's out there farming those mobs. yes the instancing explained in the article will help a whole lot - but it cant eliminate it... also - if you can pvp in the starting zone - imagine all the ganks! i guess this is why they made DK's so strong to get outta there asap. anyways i hope ive changed some people's opinion so when im LFG a couple weeks after xpack all i can find are DK tanks.
