It takes 1 bolt of Mageweave (30 silver per Mageweave does 1,5gold per BOLT) to make 1 White Bandit Mask that disenchants into Vision Dust and Lesser Nether Essence.

After disenchant 150 White Bandit Mask I ended with:
375 Vision Dust
55 Lesser Nether Essences
6 Small Radiant Shards

So I spend 255 gold (225 in bolts plus Bleach+heavy Silken).
And I obtain
375 Vision Dust * 0,69g each = 258,75G
55 Lesser NE * 12,90g each = 709G
6 Small RS * 7g each = 42G
TOTAL INCOME: 1.000G

I simply use auctioneer and buy out all the goodies from AH where I can can d/e and get 100% profit return. I started a toon and gave it 10g and he did that. He doubled that money pretty quick, and started the process again. Now I make over 100g per day doing this – sometimes as much as 200g – for about 10-15 mins work. The only running I have to do is between AH and mailbox. It took me about a month to have the cash required for my epic flyer on one of my alts – all passive income with no farming required.

After doing that, then I head out for the dailies on my 70s. I just can’t get enough of those bombing runs

As far as enchanting being crap, you apparently missed the whole focus of the article (or maybe you didn’t actually read it). The whole point is that it IS pretty tough to make money DOING enchants, but that is not the case with DISENCHANTING.

I have consistently made more than 500 gold a week on 8+ servers ranging from very old to less than 1 week old using this and other methods without EVER relying on farming to earn me a cent. And just like Bee, there are weeks when a little forethought and savvy can earn you over 2k gold.

(Disclaimer about 500g a week. That may not sound like a ton of gold, but keep in mind that I earn that gold with a level 1 toon and that figure does not include any dailies on my main or other gold I get from other alts, just auction house profits. So if you are making 100 gold a day doing 9 or ten dailies, how about doubling your intake with a level 1 character? The dailies will take me an hour or two to complete 7 days a week which is around 50 gold per hour. The level 1 banker only works 2 hours a week which is 250 gold per hour – you decide which is better.)

For those of you who aren’t here to flame, just disregard comments like this. Lawl is entitled to his/her opinion, but don’t let that stop you from making some serious gold by DISENCHANTING.

As a matter of fact, somewhere between 30-50% of my profits from the AH every single week are from enchanting mats off of DE items. If you do this properly, you can earn between 200-300 gold every single week forever (more as you get good at it) with DE.
